Kippur again.
This be Keldar Del'Tarn. I'm fairly certain that this is his real name. He's a bard. He's a shape shifting lying bard who lies like a lying liar. Even if you catch him in a lie, he'll still lie. It's a flaw.
He can also turn into small mammals from the size of a rat to a fox.
