Plot idea.
I got the idea from this thread. The minor spirits in Keldar's world are tiny thumbnail sized creatures of minor intelligence, like budgies. There are different kinds. Earth spirits look like globs of honey, water spirits look like blobs of water droplets, plant spirits are tiny green things etc.
They're attracted to magic and their natural elements. They also tend to get into everything. Sometimes this is useful: Fire spirits for lights, water spirits keep water clean. But sometimes it's annoying as all fuck, waking up - as mentioned in the thread- with earth spirits in your ear, air spirits blowing everything around.
So, I thought an infestation of the little buggers might be entertaining.
