Oh he totally will. Unless he just lies all the time, because at some point he'll get bored even of that, probably.

Keldar's a compulsive liar. He'll give a different answer to how something happened to different people.

He's also a thief.

Generally harmless though as he likes avoiding trouble as much as possible.
